Flowers
Enhance your ceremony with breathtaking floral designs. If you have a special bouquet or arrangement in mind, please send us a photograph of the flowers or a detailed description and Royal Romance can obtain a flower quote for you. Sales tax will be added to the prices listed. Special orders may require advance payment and once paid are not refundable.

Wedding Salon Appointments
Both shipboard and shoreside, our staff of beauty specialists is on hand to ensure you and your wedding party will look and feel your best. Due to time constraints, shoreside salon appointments may be provided for brides being married on the day the ship sails.

Stationery / Favors
Add a nautical touch to your special day with personalized announcements, invitations or favors. Royal Romance will print your wedding stationery and send it to your home. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your order.
• Wedding Announcements or Invitations (blank or laser-printed) - $4.50 USD each (minimum of 25 each).
• Silver Wedding Bells (perfect for your guests to ring) - $2.50 USD each (minimum of 24 - sold by the dozen).
Photography
Our ship's photographer will capture each wedding memory. Your wedding ceremony includes one hour of photography service. A minimum of 36 exposures will be taken. The hour of photography includes the ceremony, the strawberries and sparkling wine toast, and a brief photo shoot around the ship or wedding site.
The photographer will meet with you to review your photographs during the cruise. Any orders placed during the cruise will be ready before you leave the ship. Wedding negatives and single photos are not available for purchase. Photography packages are sold directly onboard the ship. Please contact the Photo Manager onboard the ship for full details. Photo packages offered onboard can be viewed by accessing www.image.com.

Videography
Royal Romance can provide a professional videographer to record your special day so you can recapture the memories for years to come.
Standard Video - VHS (Available in Miami and Fort Lauderdale) - $550.00 USD and up
This package includes approximately one hour of video coverage. Video length is approximately 20–30 minutes.
Although this is professional videography, please note that it is not edited in a studio. Videos are done digitally and take approximately 6–8 weeks following the wedding for delivery. |

Deluxe Package - $795 USD and up
The deluxe video package includes approximately two hours of video coverage depending on the length of your reception. The video is edited in the studio to include titles, music and digital special effects. Video length after editing is approximately 30–60 minutes depending on the length of your reception. Please allow 6–8 weeks for the final video to be delivered within the United States and approximately 8–10 weeks for international deliveries. The video will be mailed to your home. A DVD will be provided for weddings that take place in Miami and Fort Lauderdale at a cost of $750 USD.
• Additional video coverage - $200 USD and up per hour.
• DVD - $200 USD and up.
• Conversion to PAL for European systems - $75 USD each and up.
• Additional copies of your video - VHS format - $50 USD each and up.
Transportation
Royal Romance can arrange transportation to the ship or your ceremony for you and your wedding party. Please call your Wedding Consultant for information about availability and quotes for your port of call.
Transportation to Your Boarding Port:
• Town Car (2 to 3 guests) - $95 USD and up.
• Limousine (4 to 6 guests) - $200 USD and up.
• Stretch Limousine (8 to 10 guests) - $225 USD and up.
• Exclusive Bus (up to 30 guests) - $300 USD and up.
• Motorcoach (up to 50 guests) - $400 USD and up.
Transfer rates are based on one-way transportation from the airport or area hotels to the ship's port (within a 10-mile radius). Limousines and stretch limousines hold luggage for up to four passengers. Services are limited in some ports or not available. Orders must be reserved and paid for 45 days prior to sailing and are not refundable.
Transportation at an Island Port:
• Limousine - $500 USD (3 hours) and up. Three-hour charter includes round-trip transportation to the courthouse (if necessary), ceremony site and a one-hour island tour.
• Taxi service for additional guests - $25 USD per guest and up (includes round-trip transportation to the ceremony location).
Tuxedo Rentals
The tuxedo-rental service offers a convenient way to have the most appropriate attire for formal nights.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Package A & B are available for sailings 6 nights and longer.
• Package C & D are available for sailings 3, 4 and 5 nights.
Tuxedo Orders for Weddings:
You will be able to keep the tuxedo for the duration of your cruise vacation. All wedding tuxedos will be delivered to your stateroom. Royal Romance strongly recommends the groom and his party visit a local tuxedo store and have measurements taken to ensure a good fit. A Tuxedo Reservation/Measurement form must be completed for each tuxedo. This form will be sent to you as soon as your wedding day is reserved. Please submit your completed form no later than forty-five (45) days prior to your sail date.
