The cruise was an excellent experience and I would recommend it as something we should all do at least once in a lifetime. We appreciate the assistance of your office staff in getting all the pre-trip requirements sorted. Please convey our thanks to all in the office. 

We were first time cruisers and both of us would like to express our happiness and satisfaction over our experience of cruising with Royal Caribbean. The service, entertainment, food, facilities, punctuality and the organized structure of the cruise were top class. We were very impressed with the attitude of the staff – everyone of them whom we came across were courteous, pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and well being. Thank you Royal Caribbean for making our first cruise such a wonderful experience - you can be assured that when we decide on our next cruise holiday we will not be looking at anything else but Royal Caribbean Cruises.

We loved Serenade of the Seas; it was a very nice ship, having lots of glass involved in its design, giving an amazing view even from the glass elevators. The ship director was very good and the activities he planned were indeed entertaining. The evening shows were outstanding.

The menu in Windjammer was offering plenty of varieties. It offers buffet style and the theme nights every evening were really enjoyable. You just could not get bored of the food. It was amazing!

Thank you very much for all the pre cruise arrangements made in your office, the staff was very helpful. We will come back again, hopefully next year. Please keep us informed about your deals! 

It is very convenient that Royal Caribbean has an office here in the Middle East. Everybody was very helpful and I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for everybody in the office in Dubai! We have been cruising on Navigator this year and it was an unbelievable experience!

We loved the itinerary as well. Nice to have such a choice of itineraries in the Mediterranean!
